Processing Time (effective May 14, 2026) Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to ship (excludes holidays & weekends). **Items needed sooner than 14 business days will not be accommodated.

Shipping Delays, Please Read:

**NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES.**
By placing an order on our website, you agree to and understand that delays of 1-4 weeks are a possibility.  Unexpected shipping delays are completely out of our control and we ask that you keep this in mind when requesting information about late packages/delivery times.

Shipping Fees: Fees are based on where the items are being shipped to and total weight of items. 

Tracking:
All orders will receive a tracking number once processing is completed. If you use Gmail, please check your spam and social folders, as certain emails do land in these folders often.
